The Chairman of the Port of Tauranga, David Pilkington, today announced the appointment of a new Director. Alastair Lawrence will be appointed an Independent Director with effect from 1 February 2014.
Alastair is a very experienced corporate advisor and banker. He is currently a Director of private investment bank, Antipodes Consult Limited, and a number of other private companies.
David Pilkington said “We are extremely pleased to welcome Alastair to the Board and believe his knowledge in banking and mergers and acquisitions will add strength to our Board.
