Port of Tauranga is an exciting and diverse place to visit. We handle a third of all New Zealand cargo, nearly 40% of New Zealand exports and nearly 40% of all shipping containers.
Public Port Tours run during the school holidays in January and July. These are daily tours for approximately one hour across our Mount Manganui and Sulphur Point sites. Children and adults of any age are welcome to attend, and group bookings are available. To find out more or to book, click here.
Groups of students in Year 11 or above and tertiary education groups who would like to visit the port are asked to submit an enquiry form and we will get back to you.
